I am an Assistant Professor in the Division of Strategy, International Business, and Entrepreneurship at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and innovation. Recent studies draw from resource- and knowledge-based theory and research in organizational learning to study firms’ technological resource development decisions, knowledge search, intellectual property rights, and digitization.

I earned my Ph.D. in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder, M.A. in Economics from The University of British Columbia, and B.S. in Mathematical Economics from University of Richmond.
